Amy, Saw your post and could not help but respond. I was recently considering the programs offered by both Joe Richie and Tim Knox. But decided to look a little closer at both of them. Now I am soooooo glad I did. At first they both sounded too good to be true. I discovered they were. I realize that this will not get your money back, but perhaps you will get a better idea of the kind of people or business you are dealing with. http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff128732.htm

Amy, This is Tim Knox. I'm sorry you're upset, but it sounds like I'm being blasted by association. According to our records you purchased our Affiliate License program, which gives you copies of all our products and access to all of our private websites, including The Power Pak. I'm not sure what you looked at, but The Power Pak is not a wholesale list. It is an entire website with hundreds of pages of content and over 6,500 satisfied members. It really doesn't sound like you have accessed the full system. It is my thinking that you might be confusing our system with a wholesale list you might have purchased elsewhere. I have had my tech support manager search for any corresondence from you and there was none. If you have issues or need assistance please email me anytime at [email protected]. As to your problems with Mr. Richey, all I can say is I was not involved in your conversations and should not be blamed for anyone's behavior other than my own. We have one of the best customer support systems on the Web and rarely receive a complaint. If you require assistance all you have to do is ask. There really was no need to file this report. Again, if you need assistance please email us immediately. Best of luck to you, Tim Knox
