RIPOFF; by Time Warnner Cable Co., 6695 Green Valley Circle Culver City Ca.
Our service was disconnected May 24-2008. I disconnected all their equipment and advised them in writing of this and told them they could pick it up at my home. They were paid in full. The last check # 7323 dated May 28, 2008. Each month there after I got a invoice stating charge for the equipment. My billing account was unjustly charged $801.15, and then they turned it for collection with North Shore Agency, Inc of N.Y. for a bill I didn't owe. All this was just character assassination on me. I turned Time Warner Cable into the Better Business Bureau at Colton Ca.. I then received a letter from the Office of the President. Which said My balance due to be zero once the equipment was returned by me or picked up by a technician. I don't work for them, why should I have to return it. They brought the equipment to my home, they should pick it up. My obligation is to take care of the equipment, that I am doing. I have been trying to get them to pick this equipment up, even had an Attorney send them a letter requesting the same. They don't want their equipment, they enjoy swindling someone with wrong charges so they can turn it in for collection and more character assassination etc on me.

somtimes its in your best interest to take them back yourself cuz somtimes the people who pcik them up arent actual techs they are company contractors and or company people but they forget to report in with the euipment somtimes and that causes billing errors but your case has a lil bit of small calims potenitial
