We had a power surge at our house recently which was NO FAULT OF TIME-WARNER! NOBODY was able to get our computers connected to the internet again. IN THE PAST WHEN I CALLED TIME WARNER TECH SUPPORT, ALL I GOT WAS A RUNAROUND AND A RECORDED MESSAGE THAT HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD EVEN TELL THEM WHAT WAS WRONG. YESTERDAY, I CALLED THEM WITH THE COMPUTER PROBLEM AND THE AMAZING IT GUY THERE GOT US BACK ON LINE IN LESS THAN TWO MINUTES! THE TECH GUY I TALKED TO REALLY KNEW HIS BUSINESS AND I WISH I HAD GOTTEN HIS NAME BECAUSE WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE THINGS I HAD EXPERIENCED WITH TIME-WARNER IN AUSTIN IN THE PAST, IT WAS A WONDERFUL SURPRISE NOT ONLY TO TALK TO A REAL HUMAN BEING BUT TO ACTUALLY HAVE SOME HELP WHICH WORKED AT SIZZLING HOT SPEED! THANK YOU, ANONYMOUS TIME-WARNER, AUSTIN,TEXAS INTERNET IT GUY! AND THANKS TO THE PERSON WHO HIRED THIS GUY!

I totally agree with your thoughts concerning Time Warner and Dish Network. However, the word is THEIR, not THERE.
