Time Warner Cable Shantila worst customer service rep, ignoring customers, refusing to give her name Wauwatosa Wisconsin
STAY AWAY from the Time Warner store at Mayfair Mall. We had to wait 40 minutes to DROP OFF A BOX that took 1 minute to log in! The people who work there are brainless morons, especially a dumb black chick named "Shantila". I asked her very nicely why they don't have a separate line for dropping off boxes and she refused to acknowledge I was there, look at me or answer me in any way. I waved my hand in front of her face even when she was looking down doing her nails or whatever.
Then she walked to the back of the store (still ignoring me) and when she came back the first thing I asked is "What is your name", she refused to give me her name or operator number. Also a co-worker of hers Ryan also refused to disclose that information. She was a biatch and so was he. I finally got her info from the lady at the front entrance desk (only halfway decent person there). I then called Time Warner when I got home and found out she didn't even DO HER d**n JOB correctly and didn't note that we dropped off the box! Anyways, I've got a few complaints in to her supervisor and told Time Warner this waste of humanity needs to be FIRED. I can't wait till our area gets
