When I was a senior in high school I bought something at Best Buy, I don't remember what the product was exactly. At the case register I was asked if I wanted a free subscription for 6 months of Entertainment magazine, I said yes and filled out the card. At the end of that 6 months I filled out the card that comes with the magazine that I would like to stop subscribing to Entertainment.

A few months later after I had left for college my dad called to inform me that I two magazines had come to the house for me, Time magazine and Rolling Stone. I never subscribed to these magazines. I sent in a card for them to stop sending me the magazine, but they continued to come. I could never find any money being taken out of my account. My dad suggested I get a new bank card to see if it would stop then. I got a new bank card, but the magazines continued come to my house.

Four years later I have graduated college and still receive these magazines. Just recently I have found the money being charged to my account. I was charged $46 and $32 for each magazine subscription. This was only charged to my account after I received a notice in the mail saying I was near the end of a 1 year subscription (that I never signed up for) and if I did not send in the paper checked yes I still want these magazines, they would stop sending them. Literally one week later I was sent more magazines. I was never given a chance to stop, they are just automatically being sent. I sent a paper into my bank saying it was a fraudulent charge and the money still has not been taken out, nor do I believe it will be.
