Timelife.com-sent order to wrong address + lousey customer service
On may 2nd 2001,I placed a internet order with timelife.com
(order#76503)On may 10,2001 I went to their website to see if I could find out when to expect delivery of my order.I found that the order had been shipped on may 4,2001.So I took the ups tracking number (1Z4318381200148413)looked at the tracking detail
and & found that my order had been delivered to an address in newburyport,Ma.01950 the day before/may 9,2001 THE WRONG ADDRESS
I called timelife customer service @ 800-950-7887 and first spoke to someone named jim .I explained to him what had happened and then he handed me off to somone else.After explaining what had happened a second time I was then handed off again to a third person,a female named chris.She asked me stupid questions like "are you sure you put in the correct address" Ya ,like i ordered over $200.00 worth of cds charged them to my credit card & had them sent to the wrong address!! I gave this chris the ups tracking number & told her to call ups and talk to them to straighten this matter out.After being on hold for quite some time,she came back and said that yes there was a problem and that the order had been sent to the wrong address.She said that timelife would send out a new order immediately that would take 3 to 5 business days.I have been waiting for my order which still has not arrived & my credit card statement shows that they have charged my credit card.I have had enough of their bullshit.I want my money back
