There is NO such attorney in Iowa named Steve Barry and NO such law firm named McIntosh & Green in Iowa either. Why do you LIE? If you are so important and sucessful, why don't you have a REAL attorney instead of a made up lawyer who exists only in your head? What other voices do you hear? What other imaginary friends do you have?

I still haven't received payment. I sent a few emails and called twice, but did not receive a response. This was the first demo I did for TNT. Also the location that I went to was about a 2 1/2 hour drive away from me but I still thought it was worth it. She offered to pay gas money and everything. Yes, I never got paid by Tina Norrris. I recieved 2 of my 3 checks for one promotion and was told I'd be paid in the middle of January for my other one. I was told that Donna Groff Agency was in charge of the checks now. Of the two checks I recieved, one was from Tina Norris, one from Donna Groff. I have contacted Donna Groff Agency on several occasions through email and phone and have recieved no response execpt that they will check on it; yet I never hear back from them. This has happened on 3 times now I believe. What have you been told? I have not received a check from the AXE promotion last Aug nor a check for Sunsilk promotion. Well, I got this letter from DGA/Diva Demos explaining that she'd been let go. Apparently she was really behind on paying everyone. If I were you, I definitely woudn't do any more promotionals. She kept claiming to have problems with paperwork and getting paid by the clients. The one paycheck I received from her personally was a personal check which didn't quite seem right to me. The other two checks I got from Diva Demos which was her former company. You'll probably have to deal with her personally though to get the checks she owes you since she hasn't been with Diva Demos since September. I don't know anyone else she hasn't paid because I don't really know anyone else that works for her. Good luck getting your money though, I'm still waiting on two checks from Diva Demos and who knows when I'll get them. I'm not doing promotionals for either of them now. Yes, I didn't get any of my paychecks from the promotionals I did in August until the beginning of January and I'm still missing a check. This report is simply not true. Natalie worked 4 days, and had a check in her hand from TNT MGMT on day 4, the last day of this event. She was provided a great event opportunity, worked it all 4 days and was paid in full on the final work date. Doesn't get any better than that. Does anyone monitor this site from Rip Off to verify the truth on what is written?

Is TNT licensed & bonded in New York? You have to be licensed & bonded to book or represent talent. If so, What is the license number for New York? Check with your state to find out, or ask for that information directly from TNT. The company should have no problem providing that information, especially in states that is mandatory.

also there were misunderstanding about other people business. apparently i understood some thing incorrectly.

i was proved of being present on the day of work and i did receive the money from Tina Norris. Also all people who i mentioned received the money. all problems solved.

-I was lucky to find another person's (from another company who was involved as well) phone number and I asked to contact Tina to prove that i was present. And this person contacted Tina and proved that i was present on that day. (very easy and fast as could of been done in the very beginning of our conversations via email with Tina Norris - if i only found the number earlier ) -Tina Norris did not deduct money from my friend's! check as was going to as she wrote in the email to me - and after all of these problems other people as i heard will receive or received their paychecks.
