I took my sons truck into store 19 to have new tires put on the truck. I was told it would take a few hours, it acctually took 5 hours, however thats not here nor there. I was then given a estimate of work for the front brakes. The esitmate was for Ceramic Pads, New Rotors, Brake system flush and a Clean and lube for the new brakes. total was $668.34 . I of course laughed, first why do you need to clean brand new brakes and rotor ? thats $29.99, secondly why did I need new Rotors at $197.96 and $100.00 in Labor ? I took my truch to OLIN MOTT on Ste Rt 60 in brandon, after looking at the truck they charged me $168.00 for the brake job including labor, $89.00 for an Allignment which I asked for. and $89.00 for a brake line flush again which I asked for in all $346.00 thats a $322.00 savings over Tire Choice in Fishhawk. Yes they tried to Rip Me Off, but it just didn't happen that way. I would suggest Olin Mott a company not out to rip you off.. Reason I wrote this is that I seen a Rip Off Report about store 19 and the rebuttal was the individual spelled Brakes wrong ? Please if that is the case look at person giving the rebuttal.. Tire Choice should do the right thing and pay back that money to those people. They'll never see me again thats for sure.

First of all, they're called brakes, not breaks.
" Later on, we remembered our Explorer which we had just purchased 3 months prior, had been through a complete check up by the Dealership and was cleared as "GOOD" on all aspects, including the tires and breaks. "
So, what makes you think that the dealer was telling the truth and the tire company is lying? This website is chock full of reports from people who have a piece of paper from a dealer that said their vehicle was inspected, when it clearly was not.
I'm not saying which company is to blame, but from your report, you don't know either.
