Unfortunately there is no easy way to catch scammers with always changing poboxes, calling centers, without any real addresses. Your bank can help only if less than 30 days went by since Titanium Blue debited your account. You still might report them to ftc, www.ftc.gov, click on the "File a Complaint Online". Your report can help to start investigation, but they cannot garantee to get back your money. BUT you can prevent similar scams very easily. NEVER accept ANY financial offer over the phone. Even if it legit, there is no way to see all the details duirng a 5 minute long call. If you get any offer in mail, wait 5 days to cooling down. Research the offer, read it carefully. ANY company offering a garanteed credit line for an upfront fee IS scam. To help others, if you get any similar offer, post a report here...
