Horrible experience! My system was not fully installed and the tech stated he would be out the next day. The tech never showed and we never received a call from them letting us know. Then WE called them and they stated he would be out the following Monday (6days later). Monday came and went and again no call no show, i called them again and they said they would be out the next day, (keep in mind i already took a day off work for them to come out) . I spoke with a rep, and keep in mind the salesman which we called multiple times stated that he dosent know what customer service/scheduling does.... i called customer service and they said to call my salesperson! Wth... 

So then the tech shows up unannounced why we are getting ready to leave drills another hole in my wall and leaves a mess on the floor only to tell me he doesn't have all the sensors he needs and he needs to come back again tomorrow! Needless to say i called to cancel and now they are saying that i have to pay 80% of my contract  $2300 to get out of it, for an incomplete system that isn't working 100% or installed 100%... needless to say i have already filed a complaint with the BBB and will be seeing them in small claims court if they try to get $2300 for an incomplete system that does not work properly... oh and i haven't even got the signage put in my yard and this was installed on the 9th of this month.. Don't do business with them you will regret it. Btw its a 5 year contract that nobody ever mentions to you...  Get with a real company, this company does not know how to do business!

When purchasing and signing a contract, I was never informed I needed a permit through the San Diego Police Department. I found that out by my alarm going off and the SDPD responding to the call. Titanium never contacted me to let me know the alarm had been triggered. SDPD sent me a notice informing me that I had a nonpermitted alarm and needed to send in $100.25 with a permit application. The dog walker had entered an incorrect code and didn't know the verbal password when asked through the intercom. Again, I was never contacted at all. I sent away for the permit. My alarm was triggered about a month later because of a faulty sensor that goes off when the door is locked and closed intermittently. I called Titanium. I was told they contacted me. They called and got the answering machine. Again, nobody called from Titanium to follow up. I was told by them they don't do that. I was then told it would be $50 to come out and service their faulty equipment. The equipment is less than 6 months old. They told me the warranty is 90 days. Basically, they charge monthly, have some other entity contacting your PD, and will not be following up. I am waiting for the G.M., Chris Victor to call me back. I will post an update if it is resolved, but will contact the BBB if not. As for now, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND SUBSTANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW UP- THERE IS NO FOLLOW UP!

They do not fix their mistakes and do not follow through on promises made. We were going to install their security system and then the technician that they hired drilled a hole through our drywall and drilled through electric wires which blew out our electric. 

They refuse to fix the damage that was done to our drywall after multiple calls. I sent pictures & showing the damage and expected them to repair the damage. Since we didn't move forward with installing their products they do not want to take any responsibility.   In addition to that they are trying to bill me for a system that was never installed. This is not a honorable or respectful way to do business. I have left a message for their manager Chris Victor trying to resolve this issue. 

Very poor communication with customer service up to this point.  Save yourself a headache & don't use this company! I wouldn't give them any stars but that wasn't an option.
