TMC Abusive Trainers Des Moines Iowa
TMC Safety Trainers run the comany like a Military Boot Camp. They want the best, but only humilate and degrade their trainnees to the point of exhaustion, and starvation. They weed a weekly training class from about 30 to onlly two or three every six to seven weeks. They treat them like cattle on a bit. My husband was out with one of their trainers, and was not permitted to eat breakfast, lunch or to make bathroom breaks because the most important thing was to get the "load" and make money. His Trainer is grossly overweight. This type of behavior lends itself to future health issues. Overall the most important thing to his trainer was only a shower and shave everyday.
They don't care about the individual other than harassing them to complete exhaustion. MY Man as been a hard worker his whole life, and didn't deserve such humiliation such as her received, if he would've received another trainer it would've marked him from another position. He works hard, and any human being deserves the right to common needs met. Just because this driver has a greed for money, and an eating problem doesn't mean that decent trainees such as ............. shouldn't have their basic needs met. Three meals, bathroom needs, and being treated as a hman being. SHAME ON YOU TMC! WE ARE DISSAPPOINTED, AND BY THE WAY YOU STILL HAVEN'T PAID US FOR ALL THE TRAINGING HOURS YOU PROMISED.
