Never buy a phone in this store, always buy directly from TMobile online. In this store they charge you a $20 activation fee even if you are just upgrading a phone on an existing account. They dont tell you...I only found out when I asked why the total sale was $20 more than the price of the phone. ONLINE purchases from Tmobile dont include this charge. ALSO, if you return the phone for any reason, even 5 mins after purchase, they charge you a $50 restocking fee. Tmobile online sends you a return label NO restocking fee. Again the Manchester sales people never tell you about this when you make your purchase. Awful attitudes and customer service in this store. If you need to go to a store, Amherst and Nashua are very good stores run by adults who understand customer service.
