I have had the same issue happen! They changed me to a classic plan in April of this year and extended my contract through April 2014! I did not make or authorize this change! I am absolutely furious! One of the lines would have been out of contract last month and the other line would have been out of contract this coming February. With how horrible their services have been this last year I had big plans for cancelling my account after over 8 years.
