The purpose of this post is simply to warn others about what they might expect out of this company if they try to purchase their products. I ordered a carport via their phone order line on October 3rd.2014. I received a confirmation email stating their conditions. One condition being that installation would be within 2 to 8 weeks. Another condition being that the deposit was not refundable if the order was canceled.

 After the 8 weeks I called to ask when they were going to do the install and was told they didn't know but would call me when they could install it. I finally received a call the first week of February 2015 saying they could install it February 9th 2015. I was in Tampa Florida at the time and had to tell them it couldn't be installed that day and I wouldn't be back in Cartersville until the 11th of February. They said they would call again sometime soon but couldn't give me a date. They then called me on February 19th to say they could install it on February 23rd 2015. That was when I told the woman I was no longer interested in purchasing the carport.

 I sent them an email asking for a refund of the deposit in as much as they didn't remotely uphold their agreement. I informed them I was going to post this on RIPOFFREPORT.COM which I am now doing. I received no answer to that email so I sent them another email on February 26th telling them what I really thought about their whole operation and that this would be posted today.
