The policy of not using caps in the entire missive isn't a RipOff Reports excluive. It's a universally accepted internet policy suggested by all internet sources. It's referred to as "shouting" when one uses all caps. It's also usually considered a sign of ignorance on the part of the contributor who does so. Give yourself a break and unlock the 'caps lock'.

I HAVE DEALT WITH TOBACCO BARN TWICE. BOTH TIMES I RECEIVED MY CIGARS IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY CAN'T GET THE CIGARS I DESIRE, BUT NOBODY ELSE CAN EITHER. I THINK THE RIP-OFF REPORT IS A VALUABLE TOOL FOR THE INTERNET, EVEN THOUGH I HAVEN'T BEEN RIPED-OFF.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!! AS YOU SEE, I DISAGEE WITH YOUR POLICY OF CAPITAL LETTERS. I also placed an oder wit tobaccobarn after many months i rec'd my order. I also got the report that they had trouble with there credit card co and that the cigarettes would be shipped. when i got them they were damaged. I wrote to tobaccobarn and explained the problem, they replaced the order. I have ordered since 2 times and have rec'd both orders. t does take longer than 21 days but i get mt orders.

(#5276) They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Scott Their relationship to the company: Supporter Rebuttal: I don't think PayPal is at fault here, they are only providing the service to process the credit cards, and I have used them a number of times both to give and receive money, if it wasnt for them you'd have a lot of people not able to do business effectively on eBay... Your red light should have gone off when Tobacco Farm couldnt handle the transaction in the first place.
