Tochcall Solutions/AdvantelTochcall Solutions/Advantel Telemarketing Tochcall Solutions did not provide any of the services they guaranteed for my $3800 Bridgewater Massachusetts
Touchcall guaranteed that they would get me qualified leads with my campaign for $3800. They did not get one qualified lead during the campaign. Every lead I received no one remembered receiving a call from Touchcall and never agreed to a phone conference.
When I spoke to David Andre, he guaranteed that they would get qualified leads and replace the bad ones. That never happened! I only received bad ones. He indicated that they would work hard and give me updates, that never happened either.
Tina Russell, who was the campaign manager, agreed that they would give me updates, give me qualified leads, that never happened. After 4 months of bad leads and not one qualified lead, I decided to cancel the service. But, they don't give refunds or partial refunds. They told me that they would keep trying. After I insisted that they stop, then she told me that my campaign hours were up. I asked how could that be because I specifically asked for updates throughout the campaign. Now I know why.
This company is the biggest rip off in telemarketing. This is the very reason, the industry has a bad name because of companies like touchcall. Touchcall only takes your money, never calls anyone, but tell you that they do, and when you question their services they tell you that your campaign is up.
A class action lawsuit should be brought against this company. They should not be allowed to do business in the telemarketing industry under any circumstances or entities.
