After a month what we got back was a 24 page document of which 23 pages were copied word for word from the document we sent TMG. Naturally I called the grant writer to complain. I did not pay my money for someone to copy the work I had already done. The grant writer (George) proceeded to tell me that I was not fit to critic his work and hung up the phone on me

There were more misspelled words on the disk that on the hard copy. Below is a list of detrimental and obvious blatant lies that were told to me and/or my husband in the course of our relationship with TMG:

You can call and get assistance with your grant proposal at anytime. We were never able to get a grant writer on the telephone through this entire process except once and then Daryl actually forwarded the call through the TMG phone system.

The $1000.00 entitled us to unlimited grants but only one can be large (Daryl Alexander). We were later told that the $1000.00 only covered 1 grant and that was it (Tanisha Beasley).

If the second draft is not acceptable we will issue a refund (Julian Gibson) however when we called for the refund we were told that it was our problem and that we would not get a refund

Below is a list of detrimental and obvious blatant lies that were told to me and/or my husband in the course of our relationship with TMG: You can call and get assistance with your grant proposal at anytime. If the second draft is not acceptable we will issue a refund (Julian Gibson) however when we called for the refund we were told that it was our problem and that we would not get a refund The names listed below are the most specific funding sources in your area (unidentified grant writer of the letter sent to us on November 19, 2003). We sent out a request for an application to every name TMG gave us only to find out that most did not even offer grants and those that did had specific groups they catered to like military personnel or non profit organizations. How either of those is specific to restaurants or minority owned businesses, I would like to know. Other addresses in the list were simply not valid address. I have enclosed copies of the responses that I got from the few that were valid addresses.
