Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a salvaged 1959 MGA from this company on Ebay. They listed the car incorrectly but I knew by the photo's what I was buying. They required a deposit within 12 hours of buying the car, but they were closed on Saturday and thier site was not linked to a pay pal account to recieve my deposit. After hours of trying to contact them I got an email address to send the pay pal payment to.

They have rediculous requirements that must be followed or you will loose your deposit. I attempted to follow their requirements which got more difficult as the transaction went on. They sent me a 10 page contract which I was required to sign. (I've purchased real estate worth millions and signed less doc's) Since I was signing a contract I felt the information should be correct so I asked them to correct the item from an MGB to an MGA which is what I was buying.

I recieved a threatening phone call from a Mr. Santiago, yelling at me "why did I buy the car if Ididn't want it" I tried to explain that I did want it and didn't care what they called it, but that it was his policy to sign a contract  and that if I was signing a contract it should be correct. He flipped out and said he was cancelling the sale. I told him I didn't want to cancel it and that he had my money so he had to complete the deal. He said he'd keep my money and cancel the contract. Finally he said he would complete the deal but only if I went on Ebay and gave him posative feedback. This is extorsion and against the ebay rules, although ebay doesn't give a sh*#t about its cusomers either.

I was extorted into giving the feedback. Then when I sent a shipper to pick up the car they jerked him around and made him sit for 6 hours and required me to re-sighn all the doc's and send them back.  I finally did get the car, but my shipper took pictures before leaving their facility and one of their workers stole his camera. They never sent the title with the car and I doubt I'll ever get it.

Stay away from these guys, they're crooks and jerks.
