Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I contacted 2 Ford Dealerships via Internet about pricing on a Ford Escape.  When the price was returned for each dealership, I was taken back on the pricing for each of these vehicles.  I bought a Nissan Frontier for less than the prices quoted.  Car dealers are always trying to get you into a "class" of car.  For me this is not always an apples to apples sort of decision.  I asked for a price from Planet Ford (which was less than Tomball Ford), declined to purchase and it was all good.  I also asked for a price from Tomball Ford and I guess they think high presure sales techniques are going to work over e-mail.  The "Internet Sales Manager", Nickole Kamran, sent me a price that was higher than I wanted to pay and higher than Planet Ford.   I told her "no, thanks" and that if I were spending that amount of money, I would be buying a Japanese make.  That should have been the end of the conversation.  She sent me another e-mail with the price range and asked what price range I was looking for.  I responded that I would purchase in whatever price was necessary to get a car that I want. This was based on the idea there is a balance between quality and value.  She responded with "Alright susan Good luck. Without you giving me information and trying to work with me there is not much I can do."  At this point, she was just being rude.  I didn't want anything from her so I responded, "I bought a Nissan this evening.  I don't need anything from you.  Please do not contact me again.".  She contacts me again with, "No problem Susan enjoy your new Nissan, I will not contact you again, I like to deal with understanding customers who arent rude anyways. Have a wonderful weekend."

She crossed the line.  All I asked for was a qoute, she should have given it to me and left it at that.  Does Nickole really think that sassing me by e-mail is going to sell cars to me or anyone?  I called the dealership to speak with the General Manager, the operator was very hesitant to allow me to speak to the General Manager.  She wanted to know why I was calling.  I told her and she responded that the Sales Manager would be the better person to speak to about this isue.  She placed me on hold and then came back and told me that the General Sales Manager was in the middle of something and could not speak with me and that the General Manager was also unavailable.  She did offer to take a message but I declined.
