Tommy Thomas Cheverolet Company will not honor "We Owe" Panama City Florida
In Sept 2008 I purchased a 2007 Hummher H3 (Used) I did not bicker on the price because the vehicle had a few scratches where it had sat on the lot but the car lot issued a "We Owe" that they would repair the scratches at there cost "to customer satisfaction". I have had the vehicle in the shop now twice, also repaired once was a warranty item. And the scratches have not been repaired and today when I picked it up I was told it was used and they were not going to do anything else about it. I paid cash for this vechile and did not argue over the price beccause I was assured it would be detailed at pick up and the scratches would be corrected. Well it hasn't, one the deail was never done as the vehicle was washed but no wax was ever applied. And two the vehicle actually had new scratches when I picked it up the time before this. This time they did get a few scratches out but the first ones are still there.
