Back in 2008 I went to speak with Mr. Diamante and Lu Gallo at American Financial solutions, L.L.C to get information in some property that was being sold twice.

Mr. Diamante and Mr. Gallo who at first have the look as a professional honesty mam offers me to invest some of my money in Condominium Development. I invest in their company called america financial solutions, LLC and 3 months after Mr. Toni and Mr. Lu Gallo have taken my $50,000.00 I still don't see any investment,

So I decided to ask for my money back. Until today's date they only gave me $10,500.00 and a lot of lies.

Mr Louis N. Gallo a.k.a Lu Gallo had problems with the law in the past and recently got ou of probation.

I still looking for collect my money, but please realtors and other investor in florida do not give any money to this company Called American Financial Solutions operated by Anthony Diamante a.k.a Tony Diamante and Louis N. Gallo a.k.a Lu

November 17th, 2011 the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) of Florida issued their finding for American Premier Realty (APR) / case #2009033850 and found an "absence of finding or probable cause".

Unfortunately in this forum anyone seems to be able to accuse others without fact or fact checking.  Many investors made bad decisions during the housing boom.  APR fulfilled a clients criteria for a purchase.  APR was found not liable for the consequences of that purchase decision.

Ms. Helen Oliviera (Helen V's real name) came to our offices regarding purchasing units in a project. It turns out she was working with a Broker who sold her client's units that my client/ investor already purchased and owned. Her Buyers lost all their deposit money and the Broker has not been found. After some discussion Ms. Oliviera asked if we could put a wholesale investor deal together for her and her clients. We found an investor willing to purchase 10 wholesale units for resale to Ms. Oliviera's Buyer group. Ms. Oliviera put down $5000 per unit as a deposit. An investor purchased 10 units wholesale in August 2008. After two sales with Ms. Oliviera's Buyers, the financial markets crashed in September 2008. I became a Broker and started American Premier Realty in the same month and year. Ms. Oliviera came to us and said she could not get financing for her Buyers and asked if we could help get financing for them. The mortgage company reviewed a few files and found fake Social Security numbers being used as well as other discrepancies in the files. At this point we told Ms. Oliviera we would not work with her Buyers; that we will find other investors for the property, and she would be paid, as agreed in her written contract, as each unit was sold. She has been paid on the first two units. As to her other allegations, all contracts and correspondence have been forwarded to the attorney that represents both American Premier Realty and American Financial Solutions. Our attorney has filed a defamation lawsuit against Ms. Oliviera. I operate American Premier Realty (APR), not American Financial Solutions. APR continues to operate a successful real estate brokerage for Sellers, Buyers and Investors and welcomes any calls from any interested party. Tony Diamante Broker/ Owner American Premier Realty
