This Company states customer service is number 1. I have made 15 calls, left 5 message to multiple departments and left an email for warranty of an item that dont work. I've covered my bases and am more than qualified to determine product fault. This company charges extra for a warranty, which appears to be pure profit since they what to warranty anything.
It not a lot of money for a replacement part, (which i ordered through another source) but it more the principle of doing good business on the internet.

Our policy is straight forward and we back all our customers with no hassle warranty if a malfunction was to occur with any of our products. Our brick and mortar store is open to the public and we service walk ins and online orders. We value and take pride on the principles of business and we attend many trade shows to educate customers of our product. We can be found not just on a phone call but on facebook, instagram, and a live text chat. It is easy to get any issue resolved with us. If you do have a warranty claim and out of state all you have to do is mail defective part with a note of your order number and we will test and ship back new part same day or next day as we have been doing for 8 years now. We welcome you to do business with us again and we will give you 50% off any future purchases with free shipping for your inconvenience. We have a brand new dedicated staff and we assure you will always bne 100% satisfied in doing business with us..
