123FlashChat is popular chat room software used by hundreds possibly thousands of websites across the world.
We bought some licenses from them and while using their poor support system, the reps who would handle my case would constantly make errors on my site and edit live site files which often resulted in defacing my website completely and making a huge mess. I'd get to my computer every morning and noticed through the night 123flashchat has a gain caused a lot of problems for my website. This however is not a huge deal, just an annoyance and by blocking them via permissions on SFTP I was able to stop their destructive ways.
The reason why I submit this rip off report today is because during some custom work with regards to integrating the 123flashchat software to my social network/forum script, they created a file which left a security hole for simple SQL injection attacks, the attackers could of got full access to my main data base.
They rush work have no respect for your website or projects and grossly over charge.

I am not sure why you sent this false report here, maybe you are our competitior.
I checked all the records during the past several months, we never did that integration for you, we have all proofs.
Our professional support team always be careful when they enter the customer's site or server to do the installation and integration. Each step was monitored.
As you said, our support team made the mess on your site, can you offer us the evdence? No matter which type server, there is a log system, hope you can offer and prove your words are right.
