TOPGUN STUDIOS OR TOPGUN AIRBRUSH ripoff Beaufort South Carolina
This company Topgun studios and it's owner Curtis Ellis AKA "Scooter" took money for a custom paint job for my motorcycle and never did the job.
I was told the job would take 5-7 weeks MAX to complete. Since it was a custom paint scheme it had to be paid in advance.
Once they were paid they would not return phone calls or emails. After 6 months time I along with several others with the same problem filed a complaint with the Beaufort Police department.
The police went to the shop and seized the parts to my bike along with several others and they returned them to me. Of course they were not painted like they should have been and I am out the money. Well, until I go to court that is.

I know the person who wrote the check and they are very wealthy.
So your theory about me questioning the checks validity is 100% wrong.
I documented the check being paid as evidence that what the Bank is doing in my opinion is WRONG. If I know the check cleared you can bet your a*s they also know it cleared. This is 2017 it's not the 1970s any longer!
So why take my money two days AFTER the funds already cleared on a LOCAL check?
I will be posting full documentation showing that what I said is 100% FACTUAL.
I will also post the letter from Bank of America telling WHY they took the money
IF they EVER bother to send one! Your idea of theft and my idea of theft are obviously not one in the same. My idea of theft is taking something that does NOT belong to you, be it for one minute one hour or one week, if it's not yours, you have stolen it, period!
