TopLevelHost,toplevelhost.com roipped me off for $41.99 I paid them via PayPal, and the service was never provided. When I asked for a refund, they told me tough luck. consumer rip-off fraud michigan center Michigan
I found the company as I needed a web host. I paid them via PayPal link onthier website.
After sending emails for about a week, they still had not set up my account as described in thier ad.
I requested a refund, and they said no, tough luck.
I then filed through PayPal Fraud department, but TopLevel Host Owner Michael Furlong lied outright about the situation and said I was "not happy with the quality of the service", but that he had in fact fullfilled his obligation.
He never did any of it in reality.
I have filed a complain at the BBB, and sent arranged to send out 12 million emails on our system.
Bad idea to rip off a marketing guru.

1. Mr. Davies account was set up promptly. On a sunday at that. And still is today. Ron may not have the registered domain pointed to our dns servers. 2. The only notice I recieve from paypal, was they were canceling the fraud report. Paypal did the investigation with out my knownolege. 3. I'm sorry I can't help Ron Davies. 4. If there was a problem I would fix it. 5. About a week ago ron ask me to disconect his web site. So I know it is set up. We did not disconect it, because we do not shut them down like that. 6. There is a sub domain conection to these sites in question. 7. Ron if you want a different name, just email with the name you want used and the username you want it to go to.
