On January 08, 2014, I ordered a UN65F8000 which is a Samsung 65 inch1080p 3D HDTV Smart TV.  The item was priced at $2199.00.  I was told if I did a direct deposit, 4.5 percent would be taken off my total and that I would receive a free 5 year in home warranty.  My order no. is 1724.  I have several emails from the sales mgr. giving me many excuses as to why I have not received my tv.  Today, I read on this site another person was ripped off. I did some checking.  The telephone no.  425-260-0683 is registered under Sales TV.  The carrier is Sprint Spectrum L.P. and it is in the Time Zone Pacific Standard Time.  Sales TV has only one person under it.  I thought this company was a big company because I thought it was under StarBridge International.  I now know it is not because it states Starbrige.  So, I know I have been totally ripped off.

I ask for a refund.  Rob said wait three weeks and money would be returned.  I spoke to him on Tuesday March 11, 2014.  He said the certified check was being mailed on that date and I would receive it on March 14, 2014.  Well, today is March 14, 2014 and I did not receive a check.  If anyone is filing charges against this company, please let me know.  I would like to be included.
