Made a purchase for virtual goods for an online game on December 18th. Recevied a phone call to verify the purchase and instructions to log on and await contact to receive goods. After an hour with no contact I went back to topvec.com and chatted with their online "customer service rep." I was told they were out of stock. This went on every day for two weeks despite their website saying they are in stock. I demanded a refund, but say only a manager can authorize. There is no manager because one is never available no matter what time of day you contact them.

The transaction was made through PayPal. PayPal refuses to dispute the claim because it involves "intangible goods." Effective Topvec.com stole $50.00 from me.
