Torsten Coulson Torsten asked for a loan and I gave him a loan for 10,000.00 on a property he was supposedly trying to flip and he had every expectation to foreclose and keep the money Scottsdale Arizona
Torsten Coulson Is a shady business person who is unethical dishonest and worst of all a liar. He worked with me for over 8 years and did wholesales with me so i trusted him. He then decided to lie to me and take a loan with knowing he was gonna foreclose and not pay the mortgage and keep the money. He is the worst person alive.

What made you think you knew more about the lending business than the bank's who do it everyday? He may be a con-man but anybody with half a brain would have turned him down because if his collateral was so good, he would have received a bank loan in a heartbeat.
