TOTAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS, INC THI, INC, TOTAL HOME IMPROVEMENTS, STORM DAMAGE SHODDY WORK, UNFINISHED JOB, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, TOOK 9 TIMES LONGER THAN CONTRACT TIME FRAME, HARASSMENT AND STRONG ARM TACTICS Bensalem, Pennsylvania
RUN SCREAMING FROM THI...DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME OR ON YOUR PROPERTY....WARNING TO ALL HURRICANE SANDY VICTIMS, DON'T LET THI MAKE YOU THEIR VICTIM TOO....
THI came knocking on my Mom's door, and told her that they had noticed storm damage which should be repaired.
THI told her that they would handle everything from filing the claim with her insurance company to doing all of the repair work.
They promised the job would be done by their "highly skilled crews" which would be completed in 12 days and that the work would be warranted for 10 years
So much for the contract....90 + days later, with one man doing the vast majority of the work who finally left.....leaving major property damage, dirt, saw dust, and trash behind for my Mom to deal with and clean up.
My Mom is now left having to get estimates to correct the shoddy work and repair MAJOR damages that were done by THI.
She has tried to contact THI to resolve this, but just gets strong arm tactics or flip demeaning responses from the Ryan's.
PLEASE DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE...DON'T LET THEM IN...
We have since found out from follow up contractors that are giving my Mom estimates to repair damage that THI has quite a bad reputation and are know by other contractors as being "Storm Chasers."
Please find someone else to do your work....THI is BAD news!!!!
