Total Quality Communications lied about service Chicago Illinois
As a startup business I needed an answering service and looked up answering services on the internet. I decided to go with a company called Total Quality Communications. If this is total quality, I wonder what total means.
I wanted my calls put through to my cell phone, but the people they had answering the phones told every caller I was not available. These mistakes cost me valuable clients and slowed my business.
When I asked to cancel after 3 days of service I was told that I had to pay for 30 days and that my setup fee could not be refunded. Whatever you do, do not choose this company to answer your phones. Find a local service that is nearby that you can visit. These guys suck!
