About half their sales people will not think twice about lying to you. Some of their sales people are good but there is no way of knowing which sales people are the ones that are career liars and cheats until after they have lied to you and cheated you. You are always taking a chance when you deal with them that the sales person is being dishonest. And if a trucker ever has any problem with any load - they will immediately turn against the trucker and start making up lies about the trucker. They don't make any effort to get the truth. Their only tactic is to make up lies about the trucker. And this unethical dealing with the trucker starts at the bottom of the ladder and goes to the top of the ladder. It's just how this company operates.
