I had a load with them from Cali to MA with 4 pickups. The truck broke after Colorado. They repowered the load and got it delivered to a different receiver. The receiver counted and inspected every box and did not accept 4 boxes. I agreed to pay for them but TQL did not resolve it within 3 months. They say that haven't received any paperwork from the delivery location.
