I just can't see how in any way Total Wine would be responsible for your car getting keyed. Understand that this retail Establishment leases its property, at best the owner of the property may have some responsibility , but I doubt it.

How about some cheese with that Whine.
Your car got keyed..does it suck..YEP. By your logic if they don't have cameras in their parking lot that makes them responsible. Sorry but that is not how it works. What if you got your car keyed in your friends driveway would you hold them responsible?
Unless you can prove someone from the store keyed your car, or they somehow encouraged someone to do it, there is no way you are going to be able to hold them responsible.
A lot of companies will just pay these silly claims, not because they are valid but because it is cheaper than trying to fight it. So if they offer you anything after your complaints, you need to take it and be glad that you were able to pull one over on a business.
