Totherow Construction Jeremiah Totherow MAJOR rip-off on home remodeling, started job then asked for money for materials, then never came back. Gruetli Laager Tennessee
He started out making it look like he knew what he was doing, tearing house apart (siding, windows, trim, gutters, cement, etc.), asked for money several times for materials, the last larger amount was for window replacement funds. He then kept all the money, left the house completely open to the elements, trying to get more money after stating all windows were ordered/being deliverd and needed to get more materials. Never to be seen again. He did not pay some of the hired local workers he hired, he used a bad credit card for some on the job delivery services and paid subconrators with bad checks (including a cement company) which placed a lein on the home. This guy is a good scammer. He also wrote bad checks in other areas of TN and GA, has a record and was prosecuted and plead guilty for misapproriation of funds in my case. Stay clear!
