Tours4fun.com ASIAN ONLY TOUR, FOOD, NOT FOR AMERICANS OR OTHER ETHNICITIES Internet
Tours4fun.com is a real scam internet based travel company which offers good tour sites for a reasonable price but has no consumer professionalism. They run an Asian based tour company which caters to Asians traveling to America. However, no where on there site is this mentioned. I went on the Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, Arches NP tour in Sept. 2013 and was extremely disappointed in the services. Beware of all of those positive reviews, its lies!!! I tried posting a review and their site and it was refused. Only positive reviews allowed on tours4fun site. Beware!!!
Most of the travelers were from Asia and spoke little to no English, not a problem. The problem was the tour guide/director Leslie Lee was only concerned with pleasing the Asians, he too is Asian. He told the gruoup where to eat which was at Asian buffets, the local supermarket and McDonalds everyday. Totally unacceptable. There were many other choices available but not suggested. When we addressed this to Leslie, his answer was, "This is an Asian tour." He made no effort to make others feel more comfortable.
Hotel accomadations were abysmal to say the least in some locations. The Apple Inn was horrifying - dark, scary, dirty, and unsafe. We never got to the hotels at a reasonable hour, it was always late and dark. There was never any time to enjoy the city in which we were staying the night.
They forced people to pay a gratuity to the driver and tour guide under the guise of service fee average of $50 per person. They collected the money before the tour was actually over and asked for it on the bus. For those who did not have the cash, he suggested they go to the ATM once we got to the next stop.
We had to change buses on the way back to Los Angeles from Las Vegas. The bus was dirty and stink.
I have traveled all over the world with many tour groups and this was by far the absolute worse.
