Do not buy ANYTHING from ToysRus that is out of stock if you get an email telling you it is back in stock. If it is a high demand item, they will send say 1,000 emails out when there are only 20 units. This is what happened to my last weekend. So I ordered the item, not knowing this.

3 days later I get an email telling me it is out of stock and they have cancelled my order. Wait a minutes.. are you the ones who email me? What should happen is there website should be sophisticated enough to know that when the last unit is out, not put out of stock and not accept a credit card. over the 3 day period I got a similar notice from Sears but I disregarded it since I thought my purchase was made at ToysRus.

Well., now NO ONE has it. So my daughter will not have the one things she most wanted. ToysRus was rude when I called and offered nothing except "Sir, would you like me to do?" with a sarcastic tone. How about making a website that has a basic function of NOT taking orders when you are out of stock! Also, not waiting 3 days later to let us know after you solicited me to order it! I am fuming right now!

They could have at least offered a small gift card or something for screwing this up and have friendly operator.

I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! And we have spent tons over the years!
