On February 22nd 2010 I was finally able to get through on the voicemail for Toyglobe. I asked that they cancel our order and credit back the account. Their voicemail indicated that the company would get back to use either with a phone call or email within 24 hours. Needless to say, we never received a call or voicemail. On February 26th the package showed up and needed a signature confirmation. The ship date happened to be on the 22nd, the same day I made the phone call. Hmmmm..... Despite the company delivering their product, I will never do business with them again. I will also warn people to stay away from this company as well.
