This company has recieved over $1,500.00 and I recieved only a few items from them. I have called the company several times and talk to the owner "George" and his secretary "Jenny". and all they say is we will call you back.

Me and my brother ordered at the same time my brother sent him over $3,000.00 and never recieved anything until he started threatening him and then he never recieved the products he originally ordered. He had to get items he did not want just to get his money's worth and that took almost 1 year.

It has been over 1 year since I have ordered and nothing. They refused to refund my money or send me any products.

This company does nothing but give you the run around and steal your money. I even offered to them that they take a 10% restock fee from my money and they said no. which is thier policy.

I would never advice anybody to order from them. they will tell you it is not out yet or they haven't recieved it from the distibutor.

so me and my brother combined are still owed over $1,000.00 worth of products and they stop deling with us any help would be great .

OK first i will say that i have never heard of or spoken to any Jade from toyglobe company. And for all you people who have been ripped off by this company and can not find thier company phone number it is 1-514-856-1555. Futhermore in toyglobes rebuttal to my claim the whole thing had to do with my brother not me. all the tracking number he gave where for my brother. I have not recieved any pakages from him nor did I ask for anything diffrent until he told me he could not get the products i ordered and ask me if there was anything else i wanted. by the way he also told my brother he could not get all of his products either so to get something else and futhermore my brother waited almost 1 yr. for anything from this company and so he already had to repurchase all the item he bought. my brother at one time even said to this company i am sick of dealing with you if you need my money that badly just keep it and he never wanted to hear from them again. he got so mad. as for me i have never asked for any other products from them until they claimed after 1 and 1/2 they could not get the products i origanally wanted and they no longer even had my invoice for them and asked me to resend to the list i had ordered. i did that and then they said they could not get them. Even until today I have not recieved any products tracking numbers or explanation from them if all they can do is give tracking number that go to my brother and not me and talk only about my brothers dealings with them i wonder if they even remeber i ordered from them at all so in the long run i guess i am out over $1,000.00. As an employee of this company I would like to say that all of these accusations are false. I have been involved in this case from the very beginning. These two clients were constantly changing their minds about what products they would like to have received and they ordered a lot of pre order items. They would then complain about not receiving their product! Well, when the product hasn't been released how do you expect me to ship it to you? When all of the items were released the client decided they no longer wanted those items and changed their mind. They wanted to receive Star Wars Attackus statues instead. We shipped those items to the client. The clients are from Kuwait but they have requested that their items be shipped to Jamaica New York after receiving two packages in Kuwait in order to save on the cost of shipping and any customs/duties that would have to be paid. I have 6 tracking numbers for them. We shipped them items both UPS and USPS. USPS tracking numbers: EU859238959US EU859238962US EU859238945US EU859240436US UPS Tracking numbers: 1Z3RV858DL90414278 1Z3RV85890405143 My advice to any merchant would be to not deal with these clients.
