My wife ordered a Jim Morrison doll for my birthday almost two months ago with these people and we have not recive it yet. I've wrote them like 8 times now, asking for an answer because we are from Spain and my wife doesn't speak any english, and I don't have an answer yet, even when they charge the cost of the order right the way to my wife's credit card. They do not have a costumer's service telephone number, now I know why. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF IRRESPONSIBLE THIEVES!

I have read at least 5 posts reporting this company, from several different places. You have responded to each and every one of them, not only rudely, but insulting them as well. The common thing each of them said is that they all e-mailed you several times, with no response (after you had NO problems charging their cards). In your rebuttal you accuse them of being wrong, and basically lying. Your are quick to report each and every e-mail they've sent you, but just because you received the e-mails does not mean you responded.If you had responded, then why would each person have to e-mail SEVERAL times (7 times-your own words) unless they were having problems (not being able to contact you / orders not being shipped,etc...) If you run your business as rudely as you treat your customers, it is probably not going to last much longer. Don't you find it funny that in each and every post, the person says they e-mailed several times with no response? Or that so many items are "out of stock" after you charge these people? Obviously, you are on this web-site for a reason, maybe you knew there was a strong chance your company would be on here, and it is! Why is it so hard for people to reach your company? Shame on you, John. If you would have answered each post with a responsible and mature reply, you would be more believable, yet each reply from you is more rude than the last. EVERY person that wrote in said almost the exact same thing, and you replied that each one of them were wrong. I find that hard to believe. I am not bashing you, just asking you to not take advantage of people. If you are not taking advantage of people, then why won't you reply to their calls? It makes no sense that all these people are making that up, especially when all they want is the items they paid for. They would probably not panic so fast, if they felt they were kept in contact with what was going on, especially after their cards were charged. Wouldn't you panic?
