On 8/24/04, I ordered Spawn action figures. My credit card was charged the same day and an order # was given in the following format. (TOYGLOBE-xxxxx)

This is a birthday gift for my son, so I decided to follow up on status of shipment 9 days later. The website shows where you can track through UPS website, however UPS states the number given is not trackable.

I have also e-mailed them a couple of times with no response to date. Also, I attempted getting a telephone number through directory assistance and there is not a telephone number.

I was going to give this a couple of days before reporting to my credit card company, but after seeing all of the complaints, I will go ahead and report.

Her order was refunded due to our inability to fill the order with the Venom figure. The authorization number for her Visa credit card refund is 025432. We do not rip people off. We always issue refunds or credits where ever they are due. Thanks, Jenny

I am shocked that this customer would even file a complaint against our company for a simple mistake that was made. Brooke ordered her product on September 2, 2004. She emailed us on Sept. 8, 2004 to ask us when her item was going to be shipped and she recieved a reply on Sept. 9, 2004 with her tracking details. Her order was delivered to her home on Sept. 14, 2004. The tracking number for that package is: 1Z 3RV 858 68 9041 234 0 Unfortunetly there was an error in shipping and she was shipped the wrong figure. When she called and spoke to our customer service representative, Mario, she was told that a refund would be issued to her and that we would send out the correct figure. We also told her to keep the incorrect figure as our way of saying sorry. That same day, Mario shipped her out the correct figure and it is currently enroute to her. The tracking number for that package is: 1Z 3RV 858 68 9041 362 5 . If you notice if you go to the UPS website, that item was shipped out on the 15th of September. A day after her first package was delivered. She called again today (Sept 20,2004) and I issued the refund while on the telephone with her, and provided her with the refund authorization. I even gave her back more than she was entitled to. The company toyglobe.com should not have to pay the customers foreign exchange fees. That is an issue she should have taken up with her bank, but we are a company who strives to do all they can for their customers. Thank You, Jenny P.S. This is also being e-mailed to the client.

Rip Off from ToyGlobe

On September 2, 2004 ToyGlobe pulled from my debit card. On September 3, 2004 I was charged a foreign exchange fee from Toyglobe. I have sent 3 e-mails to ToyGlobe and no response from them. I have also called Toy Biz which makes the Lord Of The Rings figures that I bought. Toy Biz states they do not have a phone number for ToyGlobe even though ToyGlobe buys the figures from them. I will never buy from ToyGlobe!!!!!
