When you placed this order two of your items were pre-orders. How do you expect to receive them when they are not released from the manufacturer yet??? A full refund was given to you in January. Please go and read our pre-order policy. Here it is: Pre-Order Policy In order to not delay the shipment of your order, we suggest that you do not combine pre-order items with in stock items on the same order form. The reason for this is that in order to save you on shipping costs, we like to wait until every product is in stock to ship out your order. There is NO GUARANTEE that what is listed as in IN STOCK will still be available by the time the pre-order item arrives in house. To ensure that you receive all the items you wish to order, we suggest that you place separate orders for IN STOCK and PRE-ORDER items.
