A simple question. If you plan to buy a used car, from any dealer, ask a simple question. Will you let me take the car to a mechanic to have it checked out before I buy it? If they say no, walk away. They are hiding something. Most used car dealers buy their inventory from trade ins used to purchase new cars. Going to a used car dealer you could be buying a car that they purchased for $25.00. Reputable new car dealers keep only quality cars for resale from trade ins. All in all, with the reputation used car dealers have for honesty, you shouldn't have believed anything that wasn't in writing.

I needed a new car but my friend didn't have any Siennas. And like I said, they were supposed to let me take the Sienna back if there was anything wrong with it but they went back on their word. That's why I'm writing this report in the first place. Any more simple questions?

Here's a simple question. Why didn't you have your "mechanic friend" check it out BEFORE you bought it? Oh, and why didn't you buy a vehicle from him? If he "fixes up and sells cars for a living".
