 We bought a 2016 scion ia a week ago. Within 10 minutes of driving it home the windshield wiper fluid light came on. Took it back the next day repair man said it was bone dry, also said the coolant was almost empty. When we drove off the lot we were told all fluids were topped off and checked and we were getting a vehicle in prestine condition. This is supposed to be a brand new vehicle after all. During this visit I asked the salesman to remove the protective covering from the screen I couldn't get it off.

Repair man scratched my screen with a razor blade trying to get it off and tells me "I can't get it off so go ask your salesman" I didn't notice the scratch until I got home. I told the salesman heck updat get it off so he took it to the back to get it taken off by someone else. I was told there was no protective screen on it and he stated he remembered them taking it off. If he remembered them taking it off why did he try to get two different departments to take it off?

The next day my maintenece light came on. The maintenance light isn't supposed to come on for 5000 miles. Took it in, they don't have a rental. Took it in again, don't have a rental. At this point my husband has already taken two days off of work because they told us to com in and would have a rental. Third day we go in they have a rental but the catch is our insurance does not cover the rental so now they want us to pay for new insurance including a deposit. Is this a joke?
