Toyota Scion of Whittier Worse Sales team Worse Dealership unprofessional Individuals Whittier, California
Recently Visited this dealership the worse and the most unprofessional people are working here, they simply selling lemons, they are not in a mood to make the consumer happy but making it worse deal to get you in.
I am an existing client of (((competitor's name redacted))) and they are the best out of the BEST but they don't had the same USED vehicle so we prefer to visit Toyota of Whittier, it took nearly 4 hours to cut a deal on USED car, Every Single minutes they were changings Numbers what a Joke..Very unprofesional sales team at this dealership, at one point we simply left the delearship and Sales manager was so upset as we waisting his time, simply he took out on the poor salesman and ask him to take the Vehicle back to the inventory Lot. Very unfortunate experience we had encounter.
I have purchased two Vehicle and pleasant doing business with (((competitor's name redacted))) excellent deal with professional team. Please if you have EXTRA MONEY to waist then Visit this dealership Please GO check yourself out and you will find the Results! Watch each and every single Numbers when they cut you a deal, For a USED car Nearly 4 People involve from this Dealership. NEVER AGAIN NO RECOMMENDATIONS! Save your Hard Earn Money Go to (((competitor's name redacted))) or (((competitor's name redacted)))! Good luck Consumers!!!!

Your constant plugging of this other dealership notwithstanding, what you describe is par for the course in the auto sales industry. In any other business, treating customers badly is usually frowned upon. Did you ever wonder why it's not frowned upon in the car business? I'll give you a clue :

And yet you still bought the car from them.
" they are not in a mood to make the consumer happy but making it worse deal to get you in. "
So, you know they don't want to make you happy. What would compel you to hand them thousands of dollars as a reward for this treatment?

It only takes that long if you are willing to sit their and take their crap for 4 hours.
Apparently, they have discovered that they sell more cars when they treat customers this way. Is it really a surprise that this is the business model used by most of the industry? Thank you for perpetuating their perception that car buyers enjoy being their doormats.
