Your constant plugging of this other dealership notwithstanding, what you describe is par for the course in the auto sales industry. In any other business, treating customers badly is usually frowned upon. Did you ever wonder why it's not frowned upon in the car business? I'll give you a clue :
" Recently Visited this dealership the worse and the most unprofessional people are working here "
And yet you still bought the car from them.
" they are not in a mood to make the consumer happy but making it worse deal to get you in. "
So, you know they don't want to make you happy. What would compel you to hand them thousands of dollars as a reward for this treatment?
" it took nearly 4 hours to cut a deal on USED car "
It only takes that long if you are willing to sit their and take their crap for 4 hours.
Apparently, they have discovered that they sell more cars when they treat customers this way. Is it really a surprise that this is the business model used by most of the industry? Thank you for perpetuating their perception that car buyers enjoy being their doormats.
