This is the WORST company to do business with. Beware of every single logisitcs broker, they will rip you off every chance they get. I have a driver that will not make an aopt due to the weather, they gave me an alternate route with an additonal 250 miles but when asked to compensate Michael Marlow told me "I already paid you too much for this load" I explained to him that this week we also did a load where they took off stops and deducted from my rate so why was this any different. He screamed and yelled at me that he didnt care what anyone else did there but he wasnt paying me anything more. I advised him that if the truck sat there and waited for the weather to clear up I would still charge me layover fees and he said he didnt care what I thought i would be charging him because he wasnt going to pay it anyway.

This was posted by a disgruntled employee who is no longer with our company. We have enjoyed a mutual beneificial business with TQL in the past and have never had an issue with them. Do not assume this is a reliable source of information, we have never had any problems with TQL and we do not condone this kind of immature bashing on any website! This ex employee would do well to remember this when looking for another job!
