I was out today getting my meds. etc. While I was gone I got a msg. left on my Ph. Voice mail by a JENIFER @ TRACFONE...And a # for me to call her back... After getting home and getting the msgs. I did in fact call her...AND!!!! MAY I say I was greatly and wonderfully surprised as the way she handled the situation.... Jenifer works in thier Exec. Resolution Dept. and she spent a great deal of her time letting me tell her of the entire story and then afterwards she spent even more of her time to get the matter more than justly taken care of... WHAT A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY SPIRIT AND PRESENT TO ME... I really wish I was back into business for myself and had a ton of GREAT EMPLOYEES, as JENNIFER is...She 100% cares about the customers and how they are treated...In my eyes, what business is all about, be it large or small....TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE... Thank You Jennifer for turning this situation around in such a rapid fashion and I hope with all my heart that this is the Greatest Christmas you have ever had in your life...Also, A great thank You to the Wonderful people whom run this outstanding site... Happy Holidays to each and every one of you... ED BTW, if I did get the name wrong, I am very very sorry and will correct later..I suffer 30% Hearing loss in each ear, so sometimes it can be a bit tough, plus it has been a very very Crazy 2 weeks for me...
