I am very sick and this company's crap didn't help...

For the 2nd time thier airtime due date came up wrong when buying and activating a new card...The first was done vie thier phone and the one last night was done online.

The first time, I called and talked to a Sup. in Cust. Serv. and he had me enter some codes to make it right BUT!!!! This time I called and the woman was very rude and refused to do anything about it and I have the voice recording of the call to prove it.

They also, when I first got the ph. and #, gave me a # that had recently been used by someone else and in such, I got several wrong # calls, all while out of my calling area and so each cost me 2 units per call...I also noted this to her but she refused to even listen to me.

Before becoming ill, I spent 1/3 of my 48 years in business for myself and realize that customer service must come first.

What this Company as many other large ones is saying is, HEY, you are just a #, 1 person and we couldn't care less about you...

So in my eyes, if that is the way they feel...Then in fact they should not get the business and the public should spend thier money with Companies that want and care about them and will take care of them...

Though it be the Holidays and a tough time...I shall, starting in the morning, Contact each and every, State's Attorney's Office and much much more..

I usually spend my time fighting Cyber-Crime, to help others...Never, ever has it put a single cent in my pocket, actually cost me alot and I only have my Disability Ck....BUT!!!! It sure makes it wonderful and easy to sleep, when I know I have fought to save others from having thier Credit Card info, etc. from being stolen...

I will update this as I had said, but right now I have to take some meds...

I hope thhat others will take thier time to speak out about TRACFONE...

A NICE HOLIDAY SURPRISE IN THIS CASE...

I was out today getting my meds. etc. While I was gone I got a msg. left on my Ph. Voice mail by a JENIFER @ TRACFONE...And a # for me to call her back... After getting home and getting the msgs. I did in fact call her...AND!!!! MAY I say I was greatly and wonderfully surprised as the way she handled the situation.... Jenifer works in thier Exec. Resolution Dept. and she spent a great deal of her time letting me tell her of the entire story and then afterwards she spent even more of her time to get the matter more than justly taken care of... WHAT A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY SPIRIT AND PRESENT TO ME... I really wish I was back into business for myself and had a ton of GREAT EMPLOYEES, as JENNIFER is...She 100% cares about the customers and how they are treated...In my eyes, what business is all about, be it large or small....TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE... Thank You Jennifer for turning this situation around in such a rapid fashion and I hope with all my heart that this is the Greatest Christmas you have ever had in your life...Also, A great thank You to the Wonderful people whom run this outstanding site... Happy Holidays to each and every one of you... ED BTW, if I did get the name wrong, I am very very sorry and will correct later..I suffer 30% Hearing loss in each ear, so sometimes it can be a bit tough, plus it has been a very very Crazy 2 weeks for me...
