Complaint Review: Tracy Brennan - Blackwood New Jersey

Let me start off by saying, I dont own a cat from Tracy but I would like to tell my story about my experience with her.  I found this because I was searching her cattery to get her address to send a Thank You and stumbled upon this. 

I live in West Palm, FL and right before the hurricane hit we found a sphynx outside. I found Tracys group on facebook and joined to hopefully get some insight on this breed of cat I never owned or know much about. Well, Tracy contacted me privately not long after I posted photos of the severely underweight sphynx that I found. She texted back and forth with me throughout the night and into the next afternoon. The cat was not eating much and we were very nervous that she had something seriously wrong with her so Tracy told me to go ahead and bring the girl to the vet and she would cover the cost. I was in total shock that someone whom I never met in my life had so much love for animals that she would pick up the bill to take this poor cat to the vet. It was found that this cat had wire stuck in the back teeth and that was why she wasnt eating. 

Over the next few days Tracy checked in a few times a day to see how we were doing. The next thing I know is there is a huge box out front. I open the box and it was from a company called Chewy. There were 4 bags of dry cat food, 3 cases of wet, a cat bed, and toys with a note from Tracy. "Just a little thank you for rescueing Daisy". 

That young lady is amazing. There needs to be more people like her in the world. I am still in shock that this person that lives a thousand miles away was so eager to help our family and new sphynx. I will be forever grateful to her.

I dont know much about how she runs her cattery but from my experience with her, and the love people show her on her group page, I dont believe one word of this. Its a shame sites like this exist and people can just write things with no proof.

This is an online bully if I ever seen it. My company Nocoatkitty is not even responding to this nonsense. Its amazing your a grown woman and you bully me and my company constantly online. 

I pray for you and I hope one day you can focus on your own cattery and stop trying to bring others down. 

 I'd bet all the comments agreeing with the author, have the same ip address as the author. I've never seen such jealousy over a cat breeder.they stalk her online and make threats. It's disgusting. Considering I own 4 cats from nocoatkitty, and I have dealt with this family for going on ten years, I can wholeheartedly tell you that this complaint is: ALL LIES. ALL LIES My vet marvels at how healthy the nocoatkitty cats are. She's never seen such hardy sphynx. Tracy is the most conscientious breeder I have ever known. If you morons knew ANYTHING about how she conducts business, you would know that she does limited breeding, and her mom does cat rescue out of her home. The cats are rescue cats she vets and rehomes. I would know, I have one. It's got fur, and it's not a sphynx. Tracy also does sphynx rescue for sphynx not from her cattery, (but you all knew that. I can tell.) She drives into Manhattan if she has to to rescue one. She helps to rehome abandoned sphynx all over the country( But you know that too... I can tell) The money you pay for these animals, all goes back into the cattery and the rescue. She doesn't make money on the breeding,( but you knew that toooooo. I can telllll.) The cats are all tested regularly for illness,and if you have an issue with one of her animals, she's on top of it immediately. You all seem to wish YOU were Tracy, and owned a cattery as amazing as hers. So go get lives ,just get over the fact you can't have Tracy's life

So your obviously ANOTHER jealous breeder or the same one that just wont go away with the same old lies. Your angry I have AN amazing FB group Nocoatkitty Sphynx Friends with over 8000 sphynx owners from all over the world.  You call it crap advice but we call it knowlege from experience and our group is building by the day. I would LOVE to check out the group of all the people "I screwed over". Sounds like a great group you have over there.  I ,Tracy Brennan also have an amazing cattery Nocotkitty with lines that I been breeding for close to 15 years. We have MANY happy kitty owners as they are not very hard to find on MY social media pages. 

I have so many cats I lost count? LOL  I mix kittens up?  Fake HCM scans, really? Offers the same kittens to multiple buyers?  UC Davis fraud? My mother hoards cats for me? I mean ARE YOU SERIOUS! You couldnt maybe pick one thing and make this lie post a little realistic? 

I have to wonder why your such an angry person? Maybe you should focus on your cattery and YOUR cats. Nocoatkitty buyers are nothing but happy for the last 15 years. Your claims are totally false and people that read these rip off reports see right through it. My vets have no problem giving me a reference and neither do our happy buyers. You came on here to spread more lies and sadly when your a straight up honest business person people see right through it. 

Sorry your so angry. I fortunately dont have this much hate going on, nor do I have time to play bully on the internet. We have beautiful kittens to take care of here.

I definitely agree with these allegations. There is actually a private group filled with people that Tracy Brennan, No Coat Kitty, has screwed over. Most are afraid to come forward because if you do, she has all her followers threaten you. She even has her own Facebook group, Friends of No Coat Kitty where she gives s**t advice out to people that have never even owned a Sphynx before and don't KNOW any better. If you cross her or disagree with her, you are threatened and banned then threatened privately over and over and over. 

Kittens accidently "mixed up", in fact one kitten was FLOWN out only to have the owner point out to Tracy that it wasn't the kitten they paid for and had to ship the kitten back so she could receive the correct kitten,  colors mixed up (sells lilacs as more expensive but when DNA colored paneled by UC Davis they aren't lilacs), falseifieds HCM reports and threatens you if you post them. She can't even count how many cats she has and only takes photos of kittens maybe 2-3 times while growing up... simply because she can't keep track of them. There's at least two owners that receieved photos (after putting down deposits) of the EXACT same kitten, exact same photos... so which is it? 

Lies about HCM screenings, can't keep her own paperwork or kittens straight, offers photos of the same kitten to multiple buyers, doesn't spay/neuter her kittens before they leave, says she never sells breeder cats however there's at least 20 cats out there in programs with her cats names on them... she's a really pretty, really smooth talking shyster. 

Know nothing about her mother Anna except she has half of Tracy's cats at her house. 

 I never bred american curls. I had one for my sphynx program but never bred her. She was spayed. I stopped breeding sphynx for reasons you do not need to know. And for your imformation the maine coon i got did in fact have hcm and i had written proof from a vet. The cat passed away at 4pm today. So shut your mouth because you have no idea what you are talking about. I dont sit back and say nothing when someone sells me a cat for top dollar plus cost of transport and now refuses to refund me. The cat was not healthy at the time of sale. She was here 4 months and died from serious heart disease . Its none of your business what I do. You dont have to get a kitten from me so move on . Worry about something important ..like your own family and your own pets.

These are complete lies about Tracy Brennan at Nocoatkitty. Angela Leffew the person who wrote this report is now doing the same thing to a Mane Coon breeder! She is bullying her online, writing fake rip off reports, harassing her and her family, and spreading lies about their cattery. She is a very unstable woman. I also found 3 other sphynx breeders that had the same problem with this woman! Angela Leffew is no longer breeding sphynx because she ruined her own reputation by selling ill kittens (read the reports from her pet buyers). She moved onto American Curls then ManeCoons all in the last year. The woman is just out for a quick buck and tries to take down anyone she thinks is compitition. These reports she keeps posting on here about breeders should be removed. None of what she wrote even makes any sense. This cattery has raving reviews all over the internet and social media. 

Angela Leffew get out of breeding cats and leave it to the professionals! 

Tracy and her mother from Nocoatkitty are top notch breeders. This breeder Angela Leffew whom wrote this post is seriously obsessed with Tracy and her success. Nothing of this is the truth. 

I have been doing rescue for 32 years. I love the sphynxy breed and had to bite the bullet and purchase my first animal in 2008. I did MONTHS of research before I choose a sphynx breeder. I found Tracy whom lived only 1 hr from me. I was recommended to check her out by many people on Sphynx Liar community that had cats from her.  I literally tortured Tracy with questions the first time we spoke. I got vet references and she even gave me names and numbers to previous pet buyers. Her vet raved about how amazing Tracys breeding program was. In my 32 years  working with animals I have never heard a vet speak so highly of a breeder. I visited Tracys home to pick out my kitten. I was there for over 3 hours. I never once felt unwelcomed. She answered every question I had and didnt get annoyed the slightest. She took us through her whole entire home. She has 2 big nurseries in her home. They are extra bedrooms she converted. They have hardwood flooring, large windows the kittens can look out of and get sun, with cat trees and tons of toys. Tracy has photos of her rooms all over her facebook and website. She also has a stud room that is about 600 sq ft (just an estimate). With wall climbers, cat trees, beds, you name it. Her house is literally perfect. There was not even the slightest smell of cat in there. I still dont know how she keeps up with all she does. She is an amazing woman. 

These cats are Tracys passion. And it shows when you purchase a nocoatkitty. We have 4 cats from her. Tracy has always been there to answer any questions that I had (even at 4am). Our cats are the picture of health.

About 2 years ago there was a cat brough into my rescue. It was hit by a car and needed a $3000 surgery. I posted a Go Fund Me on facebook. Tracy called me immediately and without hesitation she gave me her Credit Card information and said "save that cat". That was so awesome. Thats a person that really cares. Anyone that knows Tracy knows what kind of person she is. 

Tracy keep doing what your doing, you and your cats are the best! Karma will get Angela. Like the others stated. We all seen this woman bullying you online the last few months. You always stayed to professional through it all and I respect that. She is not worth an ounce of your time. This rip off report is not going to hurt what you do one bit. Anyone that reads it will see a jealous woman on the other end. You have all your happy customers like myself standing behind you. 

I have worked with Tracy in reguards to her sphynx program for the last 14 years. I also live local and have met Angela Leffew the origional poster of this report personally. Everything she is saying is 100% lies. Tracy, her mother, and myself have helped Angela more than anyone can even imagine. We literally spoke to her daily and helped with her breeding program. We gave her 6 breeding cats, pretty much started her out. Only asking that she were to give us kittens back from the breedings. Angela NEVER gave back one kitten. She started all this craziness claiming fake papers convieniently when the girls we gave her got pregnant for the first time. Its obvious she didnt want to make good on debt. When animal control told her she had to get rid of her cats she sold those so called "fake papered cats" to a breeder in Oklahoma. 

Angela emailed Tracy one day in September accusing her of giving her false TICA papers BECAUSE .. AND I QUOTE "HOW CAN A TORTIE AND WHITE FEMALE AND A SOLID CHOCOLATE MALE make a TUXEDO". Oh Angela you should just stop breeding right now! When she realized she was clueless and that was very possible she made up other lies about nocoatkitty. Claiming dirty house, sick cats, burnt cats... you name it. She posted lies all over social media about Tracy and her cats. She took it all down pretty quickly because no one believed a word of it. Most people picked up their kittens and visited Tracys home which is spotless. No one complains of sick kittens ever. Angela has sick kittens because her house is over crowded and she does not take ANY of her cats to the vet. 

She harassed myself, MY FIANCE, Tracy, her mother, and pet buyers of Tracys for weeks. We had to block her from all contact. 

I can promise you. We all cut this woman Angela off months ago. She obviously likes to fight. And its VERY obvious she cant sell her kittens. They are up for $500 all over the internet.  I can go on and on all day about her but we all want to move on now. 

Angela please just go away.  You are a bully! These are all lies and you know it. You have a family go be a mother. 

The boy with the head tilt had chronic ear problems since a kitten. You cant provide 1 vet record for him either besides having him fixed. Breeding at Tracys house to one of her females for a week DOES NOT cause an ear infection. You can go a month without cleaning ears and that doesnt happen.  Chronic ear infections is no breeders fault not even the breeder over seas that you purchased him from.  You want people to believe the things you say then educate yourself on cats a little bit. That boy is still having issues to this day a year later. Just admit you were using a boy in your program that shouldnt have been used. So why not blame Tracy for causing it. Wow Angela your crazier and crazier

And no vet is going to tell you to keep kittens in your living room. And you posted online last month you were getting out of breeding because animal control said you had to get rid of some of the cats because you had too many.

If I were you I would just stop talking. Trust me more and more people are going to come out about you

 This lerson is claiming to have paid me $1200 for a kitten. Liar. Here are both contracts. One was an adult male that was lriced according to his age and the fact he had a head tilt that he aquired while in Tracy's negligent care. $800. The other was a female kitten that had issues and this was why she was discounted. Tracy told me to sell her discounted and i have a text of her advising me to do so. These people are lying and have nothing else to do with there time. I do not cage my cats. I had one birthing box in my living room ONE time and that was it. And that was because I was advised by my vet to do so. And for the record animal control saw my house. Said my house was clean and my pets were well cared for.

 I have a cattery in Canada. I am also a licensed veterinarian in Calgary. Tracy has mentored me since 2008. Tracy sold me my first cats. I even stayed at her home for 2 weeks and she showed me all the ins and outs of breeding. Through the years I probably purchased 10 cats from her. Nocoatkitty lines are the foundation of my cattery. To this day Tracy still answers everyone of my questions. I NEVER had an issue with my pedigrees. This is typical breeder bashing. Pure jealousy. If this was all true Angela Leffew you would take what you have to cfa and tica, not a site like this. I have never in my life met a breeder as caring and ethical as Tracy.

First off, you're a special kind of uneducated, aren't you, Angela? Slander is the spoken word, where libel is written. I'm almost assured hat you're guilty of both, though there is proof of just one. Regardless of your lack of mental acumen, you're flat out lying. We have two cats from NoCoat Kitty (Tracy Brennan), and have visited her home on several occasions, as well as Anna's home. All of the cats are happy, healthy and socialized. Our papers are authentic and in order. Zero issues with their pedigrees. Our cats are beautiful specimens of the breed, perfect in every way. To say that NCK is a kitty mill couldn't be further from the truth. Perhaps you're projecting your own failed breeding program, Angela Leffew? Maybe selling of the Angela Leffew line on Facebook and eBay and Craigslist isn't working or quite the way you planned? Maybe it's time for you to realize that you've got all those fingers pointing right back at you, Angela?

 We all seen you post that screen shot a million times. Tracy explained it before and you deleted it. When u post bits and pieces of a conversation it's not believable anyways. Angela i can post our conversations when I wrote you about the sick kitten you sold me. Trust me it's much more juicy. My biggest question is if you thought Tracy was such a crummy no good breeder then why did you use all her cats in your program. You talked so much bad on her when i went to pick up my kitten. I couldnt figure out why. People can read through the lines. I'm sure u will lose even more business from this post. I'm sure more people will come forward about you. Stop playing the victim it's very obvious by all the problems you have in your life that you are souly the cause. You claim Tracy called animal control. Anyone in their right mind that been to your home would have called on you. Stop blaming and look in the mirror.

 I have soo many messages from Tracy Brennan prooving my claims. For instant the moment a name is changed to a different cat on a pedigree the papers are consider ed falsified . I am not worried . I havent said anything that isnt true . Photo attached

I have purchased 2 Sphynx cats from Tracy Brennan.  She is one of the most dedicated and responsible breeders I've ever known.  Tracy has always been more than helpful when I had questions.  It is obvious that many people feel the same regarding her breeding practices, as evidenced by the numerous people who have repeatedly purchased kittens from NoCoatKitty.

I believe, Angela, that you have failed at your breeding program and as such, have an unhealthy obsession with Tracy and the success of her cattery.  I highly recommend that Tracy files a defamation suit against you and ask for monetary damages for the same.  

You truly need to find another hobby and obviously, breeding Sphynx is not it.  

It's ok to admit you have failed.  It's not ok to perpetuate harassment against someone else because youi have.

Oh Angela you just dont learn your lesson! Your still harassing this woman? I seen something on social media and had to see it with my own eyes!

As a person who purchased kittens from both of these woman in NJ I can tell you with 100% honestly that Angela's home conditions are horrific. Like Tracy stated Angelas home is very small with 6 children and about 30 cats and kittens. There are kittens in the living room in cages with the mom cats. Have I known this I would have never purchased from Angela. My kitten has been sick numerous times over the last 2 years. Angela has been very rude evey time I asked a question about it. She even blocked me from facebook and claims I knew the kitten she sold me was special needs. Really Angela I paid $1200 for a sick kitten?  Angela you have a basement where you keep all your cats and the kittens. I dont know what your talking about but when I went to get my kitten from Tracy her home was very spacious and very clean. The cats all greeted us and were very healthy. They were also well socialized.  She lived alone. We went to the nursery upstairs to se our kitten. She had 2 extra bedrooms she used as nurseries. Both were very clean. There was 1 mommy in there with her 7 babies.  The pics on Tracy's website and on her social media pages are exactly what her home looked like. Funny I dont see any pics of your home or anything of the sort on your pages? Have I seen them I would have thought twice about purchasing from you. 

Tracys mother is very knowlegeable. She has answered questions for me when Tracy was busy. I think it is great that she helps like that. I have a very busy schedule also like most of us (you wouldnt understand). Most people dont have time for all the negitive energy you put out. You never answered any of my question Angela! At least someone is always available at Nocoatkitty. 

Anyways. My kitten from Tracy is all I could have ever asked for. She has answered every question I ever had about her. She also helped me alot with the little guy I got from Angela. You are one jeolous woman Angela Leffew. And I agree that this will all backfire on you. I seen this all unfold over the last year. Tracy has helped Angela alot and never spoke bad about her once even when I was complaining about the experience I had with her. Tracy has always stayed professional!

Tracy no need to defend yourself. We all know what kind of person Angela is! You have an amazing reputition and we all love you! 

 And for the record Angela.. you KNOW I didn't send animal control to your home! They were called when child services came out and seen the conditions. When you accused me of this I called someone I knew that works for the shelter and asked what was going on. They told me the story. I HAD NOTHING to do with that and could bet my life it was one of the other 100 people you have problems with. I also did not write a report about you! You know which customer did that... she came and bought a kitten from me after her horrible experience with you

Angela Leffew you are a very ill person. I know you feel I am compitition for you BUT you need to get over the fact that your not selling your kittens because of many reasons. Spreading lies about me is not going to help you.  We all seen you selling kittens on ebay and facebook ads for $500. We all know your a BYB.  I have screen shots of it all. You consistantly sell "special needs" kittens. Your kittens and cats are sick NOT because of me, but because your small house is full of cats. Its common logic that close quarters like that is not good for a cattery. I told you this many times.  You have cats in cages in your living room having babies. Angela I spoke to 3 people that visited your home. Its a disgrace. 

Angela Leffew/Showsomeskin sphynx you have NUMEROUS customers that you sold ill kittens to. Your repitition is terrible.  You lost numerous kittens over the years and didnt do 1 neocropsy.  NOT ONE!  Where are the customers that I sold sick  kittens to? If all you say is true why dont I have all these angry customers? 95% of my customers come back for 2,3,4 kittens. I have great reviews all over the internet. The only bad is from you. 15 years of me breeding and you are the only one... thats funny. 

You had FLEAS in your home for over a year and I even tried to help you. Who has fleas that long?? Angela Leffew you are a very ill individual to keep on harassing me and trying to slander me and my business after I had to get a lawyer to stop you from contacting my friends and family 2 months ago. I really hope one day you get the help that you need. I seen a rip off report about you on here... im sure this is why your trying to take me down too but rest asure I hold an excellent reputation because I run a legit business and probuce amazing kittens. Over the last 15 years I been breeding I built an amazing clientele that I consider family. No one believes the bull you put online about me. That is why you took it all down from facebook... because they all called you out on it. So if you think for one second that I am pissed or afraid of you... you are WRONG! Im sure karma is already working on you for the many of us out there that you harass. 

I am the stupid one though honestly. I remember how I met you! You live 10 min from me and I was getting NUMEROUS calls from people about some new breeder that was talking bad about me because I wouldnt sell her a kitten. I wrote you an email and confronted you like a woman and you apoligized. I didnt go hide behond my computer and write lies abut you.  I gave you the benefit of the doubt and decided to help you breed the right way. I am the fool. Because since I known you, you been nothing but jeolous of me and deep inside I knew one day it would blow up in my face. You OWE me 7 kittens back and use hanging papers and fake pedigrees not to make good on your debt. But I said this before and I will say it again.... go away I want nothing from you. Stop the harassment and move on with your life. Get a job get a hobby... you need something. 

I do not plan on responding to anymore of your nonsense.  Yes I do work alot and have quite a few jobs... unlike yourself that tries to make money off of selling cats, and when that starts to fail you try and take down what you consider compitition. I am SHOCKED you even did something like this because this too will backfire on you. Angela people see right through you!
