Stay away from Tracy Construction!
After meeting with Mark and deciding to hire him, I provided him with a deposit. He ran to the bank and deposited my check, but he never did the work. I have multiple messages from him promising he would return my deposit, but he has never done so. He then claimed he did not have enough money in his account to give me a refund for the job he NEVER did. Now, he is not responding to my messages. What a scam artist!
Mark, I still have all of your messages saved and have decided to take the next step in order to get the money back from you. You have now had 1 year to pay me back. You went on and on about what a good Christian you are. Oh really? This is ridiculous.

On a Wednesday morning my friend from another construction company called me and said this woman was in a panic because she was being violated by the City of Chicago and had to go to court on Friday morning.So I called her and she told me they were going to fine her if she didn't address the property issues.She gave the address which was on the far South Side. So me and my worker Joe Smith drove down there. Seeing he drove a big truck that got like 10 miles to the gallon I promised him gas money and of course there was traffic. When we got there the entire sidewalk was just rubble and chunks of concrete. Also the lawn had grown wild especially in the back yard. Being there was violations for both of these I had 2 different concrete guys to come out. Donald Byrne & Scott Beck. One came from Arlington Heights and the other from the Northwest side of Chicago. One was in a dump truck the other a big pick up. It took them a couple hours to get there as they were working at the time. I told them it was urgent because the work had to be done by the next day seeing her court date was Friday morning. All of this took around 4-5 hours.
I met Cristina at her husbands office who is a lawyer. She agreed to call OZINGA CONCRETE to order for the next morning. She gave me a check for $250 dollars which I did cash and gave the guys gas money. Later that day she was trying to get the rest of the money together and told me that evening if I didn't do PAYPAL she couldn't pay me. We all ran around all day drove to the property spent our time and our gas to have her say this. Was I supposed to go back to the guys and say give the gas money back? What she was never gonna do the work? When we were down there the neighbors said it's about time they cleaned up the yard. I tried to help her and now she wants her money back. I admit I did not give it all back I gave back $100. So between 4 guys we made a$150 dollars wow. No wonder why the City went after her she could care less about us or the neighbors. It's people like her that make me want to quit this business and I have at least 70 testimonials I've lost business because of her and someone actually even worse than her 2 complaints unbelievable.
