Andrew Oschenduszko will steal your pay. You will allow him to do so when you sign the mediation form, a legal form prevents you from taking him to court or pressing charges. A reputable company will not make you sign a form to avoid being sued for non-payment of salary.
Ask him to show you the paperwork regarding your leads that went through for commission for Power Home Remodeling and Home Depot. Keep copies of the leads you scheduled, because that is your only proof. He will not pay you!!! The company that does the payroll is a large MLM (Multi-level Marketing Company).
His other offices in this same location are WMG, Wave Marketing Group and Wave Advertising, before that they were JD Enterprises. Google the Chant JUICE. You will see this is a pyramid scam for him and the office "owners" above him.
You will never own your own company. He preys on college students with NO work experience. He preys on those desperate for a job, and will take your pay from you, your wife, and your children. You will be working for free when he's done with you, not able to pay your bills. He will say if you put in the hours (12+ a day) you will make money, but you won't because he hides the info.
He does not have corporate oversight. I can promise you that if you do not sign the mediation form, he will not hire you. Again, a legit company will not make you sign a legal form that states you cannot sue them for him not paying you. He makes recruits sign, because he steals pay more often than actually giving it to you.
Andrew thinks he is smarter than you. Don't let him fool you. DO NOT SIGN any paperwork from him without reading it. He will willfully and with full intent steal from YOU. He wants you to go DOOR-to-DOOR to make appointments, that all. Oh, and he does not work with sports teams. He never has and never will. He will try and show you his personal financials, it's all BS to play up to your psychological needs to be successful. He is a con artist, white colar crime.
He only posts his "company" on self-submission websites. His so-called "Press Releases" are created by him. Look further past his web page. Look up other offices from your Dallas Meetings, they all have the same website info. They are not BBB accredited. He has his wing-nut second hand type rebuttals against these complaints. Save yourself the heartache, don't even bother, or do and your experience will be this to a T, if not ASAP, then 5 months from now.
