Hello OP. I read your complaint but I do not think that it is warranted. You would need to go to your bank and either change the address that is currently on your card or just get a whole new card. There is also the possibility that you didn't have any money in that bank account and they are trying to save you from some embarrassment. In the future, please use common sense. Please do this and look at all your options before you complain again.
